White Trash: the true story

in the end, it only matters what one does in life, not who begat him.

Temüjin, original name.
Genghis Khan was a warrior and ruler of genius who, starting from obscure and insignificant beginnings, brought all the nomadic tribes of Mongolia under the rule of himself and his family in a rigidly disciplined military state. He then turned his attention toward the settled peoples beyond the borders of his nomadic realm and began the series of campaigns of plunder and conquest that eventually carried the Mongol armies as far as the Adriatic Sea in one direction and the Pacific coast of China in the other, leading to the establishment of the great Mongol Empire.

who do not remember history lives without the futures - I guess there is saying like this....
anyway, last May euro made high @ 1.1616 and then started to fall. in june it was already 700 pips lower @ 1.09sh and low of the year was made in december @1.0350.

I treat this year similar to previous year. SELL in May and go away. basically as long as previous month high 1.1268 holds Im a bear. and btw 1.1268 is also previous week high. So mission for today is stay below 1.1268 and then we have on weekly chart with a lower high and low lows. from last week also we have new high and then sell off to lows of the week. with negative close at bottom of the week. perfect set-up to make a top. if we do see today (as it is friday) close below weekly open level and top is lower than previous week I will start to take more position to downside.
fingers crossed.

so for today I expect range 1.1250 - 1.1125. good luck.
keeping stop loss level at 1.1273.

""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""

The tycoon’s father, William Avery Rockefeller, was a traveling snake-oil salesman who posed as a deaf-mute peddler and hawked miracle drugs and herbal remedies. The smooth-talking huckster dubbed “Devil Bill” alternately fathered children, including the future industrialist, with his wife and mistress, the couple’s live-in housekeeper. The itinerant William Rockefeller also lived a double life posing as an eye-and-ear specialist named Dr. William Levingston, and in 1855 he secretly married another woman.

Willkommen:
Statement from President Barack Obama on the Paris Climate Agreement:

A year and a half ago, the world came together in Paris around the first-ever global agreement to set the world on a low-carbon course and protect the world we leave to our children.

It was steady, principled American leadership on the world stage that made that achievement possible. It was bold American ambition that encouraged dozens of other nations to set their sights higher as well. And what made that leadership and ambition possible was America's private innovation and public investment in growing industries like wind and solar — industries that created some of the fastest new streams of good-paying jobs in recent years, and contributed to the longest streak of job creation in our history.

Simply put, the private sector already chose a low-carbon future. And for the nations that committed themselves to that future, the Paris Agreement opened the floodgates for businesses, scientists, and engineers to unleash high-tech, low-carbon investment and innovation on an unprecedented scale.

The nations that remain in the Paris Agreement will be the nations that reap the benefits in jobs and industries created. I believe the United States of America should be at the front of the pack. But even in the absence of American leadership; even as this Administration joins a small handful of nations that reject the future; I'm confident that our states, cities, and businesses will step up and do even more to lead the way, and help protect for future generations the one planet we've got.

TRADE - The AUD has been weakening and MAs are all in downtrend capping bounces -- AUD/USD .7325 is first support

BUT today's (maybe) release of Climate Agreement decision by US, timed to Trump the Comey testimony, may have a big effect on AUD // this issue crystalizes the demonization of Pres Trump's agenda because of its Zealotry (modern day luddites) -- the withdrawal (??) may trigger "punishment" of the USD vs AUD, EUR and CAD by the Older Wiser and Better folks

Does the President want to be loved or despised by these folks? A lot of money involved in this decision

USD/JPY - 111.06
Despite intra-day selloff to 110.49 in New York yesterday, subsequent rebound suggests further choppy trading above May's trough at 110.24 would continue with upside bias and gain towards resistance at 111.47 is likely.
However, as broad-outlook remains consolidative, reckon 112.13 (reaction high) would remain intact this week and yield retreat.

On the downside, only below 110.49 would revive bearishness for weakness towards 110.24, daily close below there would signal recent decline has resumed and extend to 110.00.

Last week top is really really important one. it is mission critical to get above it this week or else...
wrote it down last friday...
Move below previous week low put TOP in place. Target mid Bollinger at 1,0857. Move ONLY ABOVE PREVIOUS WEEK TOP puts bullishness back on radar.

The Sterling is trading on the defensive in the second half of the week, now dragging GBP/USD to the area of session lows in the 1.2865/60 band.

Key Points to Note:
1.) Cable is retreating for the first time after three consecutive advances, although the weekly up move still appears capped by the 1.2900/20 band.

2.) GBP has weathered well the recent election polls results showing Conservatives remain on the lead albeit by a narrower gap vs. Labour in the run up to the general elections next week.

And so with Brexit.

Conclusion; never sign with those Europeans-EU-imperialists any agreement.

EUR/USD - 1.1240
Yesterday's anticipated rally from 1.1165 to 1.1253 suggests re-test of May's fresh 6-month peak at 1.1268 would be forthcoming soon, break would extend MT uptrend from 1.0341 (Jan) to 1.1300.

On the downside, only failure to penetrate 1.1268 res and a daily close below 1.1206 would 'prolong' choppy consolidation and risk weakness towards 1.1110 later.

Back on February 27, when bitcoin was trading in the mid-teens, we wrote "Step aside bitcoin, there is a new blockchain kid in town."

Commenting on the sharp - for the time - rise in ETH price (which had moved from $13 to $15), we said "the move may be just the beginning if most corporations adopt Ethereum as the distributed ledger standard: Accenture released a report last month arguing that blockchain technology could save the 10 largest banks $8 billion to $12 billion a year in infrastructure costs — or 30 percent of their total costs in that area." Since then most corporations have indeed adopted Ethereum as the distributed ledger standard.

Three months later, and with Ethereum 15x higher at $230, Bloomberg today writes: "Step aside, bitcoin. There’s another digital token in town that’s winning over the hearts and wallets of cryptocurrency enthusiasts across the globe."

It's not just the lede that is familiar, it's everything else too, especially the forecast.
