- The markets were short of major trading themes on Monday . As a result, traders and their machines reverted to the correlation trade. With stocks weaker that means the "Risk Off" scemario. TheU.S.10-yr yield fell to a new recent low of 2.69%, -4bps.
- The news data for the rest of the week is especiall thin following the Bank of Japan policy decision early on Tuesday. We wonder if the BOJ will feel the need to counter the latest Japanese sale tax hike that went into effecyt on April 1. .
- After a very busy news week, the data calendar slows down in the week ahead. Highlights include central bank meetings in Japan and the United Kingdom. Other key items include the Australian Employment data and the University of Michigan Survey
