She said has to pre-emptive when it comes to inflation, which suggests that they will have a tightening bias, but if inflation does not pick up, they might have to ease policy. The tone of the USD is better today on the hawkish message by Yellen.
The EURUSD HOD so far has been 1.1196, while the LOD has been 1.1731. The EURUSD focus has been shifting lower after the German election. My focus now is on the 1.1800 line. Use it as an indication of the general EURUSD trading bias. The yield on the U.S. 10-yr Note was last 2.289%, +5.2 bp. Watch stocks as the key driver for bond yields.
