week end market volatility and forecast for position trading
During this week EURO and GBP made big fall and big rise and the emotional traders having higher level long position or lower level short positions out of fear close their positions in distress due to the operators driven quick market moves ......hence traders are advised to follow safe trading strategy of wait and take long positions near low set for the day and sell near the high for the day as swing trades when they are not cut for more than 30 min to 2 hrs after the formation....Taking small lot positions depending upon the equity size (1/10 of the equity can be exposed in a given time to take positions) will reduce the market fear.....many traders make distress trades due to over trading only....prevent such emotional decisions....
Long term forecast: EURO and GBP are expected to rise more till 07 May it is advisabe to do buy and sell trades in them....After that USD is expected to gain more till May month end.
Please keep in mind the operators create the market sentiments and act against when all start to expect the trend to continue.......so trade with no bullish or bearish feel....
more intra-day and long term forecast postings will be given based on the response from the trading community.......
