well, the spreads in several retail platforms are so wide that it is just impossible to take advantage of this opportunity
plus increasing margin requirement makes it even harder for some

nothing to worry about, healthy correction is all we need to advance much higher later in the year
a ~20% correction from recent high 49.73 still bring us to 39.80-40 which is a GREAT buying opportunity if seen IMHO

aud and cad do not follow the move in silver and gold, so silver and gold may bounce back

this week - Wed, Treas will annc the size of auctions for the following week 3Y, but more important New issues in the 10 and 30, the last New issues were in Feb and the subsequent auctions in this range were Re-opens of that issue. So this is new long range debt.

How to get these to go off well will be an issue and prob a source of increased volitility. In addition to the other cross currents in this seemingly one sided market: Sell in May, and Summer (why worry when the money's been banked and yr at the beach) which is fast approaching.

EUR/USD Drops As Silver Price Drops - Dealer
Reply
The EUR/USD slides rapidly in recent trade, with Tony Darvall, senior dealer with Easy Forex, blaming a sharp drop in silver prices. "There is some serious heavy selling coming through on silver. That's going to move across into gold and the major (currencies)," says Darvall, noting a more than 9% drop in silver in about 15 minutes. The EUR/USD is at 1.4820, down from 1.4840 in early trade.

The pair seems to have cluster of resistances made by 161.8% fibo extension of latest correction from 1.4282 toward 1.2874 at 1.5152 and 100% fibo projection of the up move from 1.1877 toward 1.4282 taken from 1.2874 at 1.5279. Both resistance levels coincide with major high and pivotal low made on this pair in 2008/2010. Can this stop EUR bulls for a while?

alimin yes correct. The caution comes from the over whelming negative sentiment that has already driven the market a reasonable distance and it behooves one to measure the 200 dma stretch that should it get to 13-15% becomes a contra trade. The AB=CD measure in the Euro is just above 1.6 to perhaps as high as 1.6425-35 but think that we need a pause to re-load the gun in the short term. It's a new month and although new month's can start with a fast and furious continuation its the holidays that has me cautious

We have frequently asked for feedback and hope for discussion on the videos which I have done on a weekly base for almost 2 years now. All comment is appreciated and welcome even if its only about the presentation rather than the content

THE surge towards internet shopping will strip Australia of about 50,000 jobs over the next five years, according to the National Retail Association.
Under current rules, offshore companies do not have to pay the goods and services tax or import duty on purchases of less than $1000 and Mr Black said Treasury had already estimated that would cost $460 million a year in forgone revenue.

An industry survey found about 2000 jobs had already been lost nationally because of the trend, which was sparked by the increased value of the Australian dollar. This had made buying overseas on the internet a cheaper alternative to buying goods locally.

The Global-View Forex Forum is the hub for currency trading on the web. Founded in 1996, it was the original forex forum and is still the place where forex traders around the globe come 24/7 looking for currency trading ideas, breaking forex news, fx trading rumors, fx flows and more. This is where you can find a full suite of forex trading tools, including a complete fx database, forex chart points, live currency rates, and live fx charts. In addition, there is a forex brokers directory where you can compare forex brokers. There is also a forex brokers hotline where you can ask for help choosing a forex broker that meets your individual fx trading needs. Interact on the same venue to discuss forex trading.

Forex News

The forex forum is where traders come to discuss the forex market. It is one of the few places where forex traders of all levels of experience, from novice to professionals, interact on the same venue to discuss forex trading. There is also the GVI Forex, which is a private subscription service where professional and experienced currency traders meet in a private forex forum. it is like a virtual forex trading room. This is open to forex traders of all levels of experience to view but only experienced currency tradingprofessionals can post.

Currency trading charts are updated daily using the forex trading ranges posted in the Global-View forex database. You will also find technical indicators on the fx trading charts, e.g. moving averages for currencies such as the EURUSD. This is another forex trading tool provided by Global-View.com.
