Do you think that the Euro is on the way back to low 1.20 .. or you think that is only a retrace and we must see 1.24 or 1.25 before we go down again ?

AUD and NZD Outlook: The highlight during the day ahead is the ECB’s policy meeting, markets positioned for at least a hint of fresh (but sterilised) bond purchases. Australian has retail sales and the trade balance to potentially move markets today.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++4. Our interpretation of the forward-looking language in today’s statement – especially the phrase “will provide additional accommodation as needed” – is that some form of monetary easing at the September 12-13 FOMC meeting is the current baseline. Although easing is by no means a foregone conclusion, we suspect that the incoming information needs to improve materially in order to forestall it. Under our own forecast of a only a slight improvement in output and employment growth, we believe a small easing step – most plausibly a lengthening of the forward rate guidance – is the most likely outcome for September 13

Anyone who has had the displeasure of trading this market since the open will be well aware that the massive selling that started at 3:59:57 PM yesterday just as we showed, appears to have continued into today, after an algo, supposedly one impacting NYSE stocks this time, and proving that the entire market is a broken joke, not just Nasdaq and BATS, and one which is linked to Knight Capital, has continued this morning, sending countless stocks into the proverbial "batshit" formation, with moves of 10% higher and lower for no apparent reason.
That's ok: the SEC and various other regulators are all over it, and will guarantee that the markets "are fixed." In other news, today we will report the latest massive outflow from domestic media funds. In the meantime, here are the first two picture of stocks getting pounded in super slo-mo courtesy of Nanex. Behold "perfectly normal" bids, offers and prints.

But now....The American push their nose::))
Seems the troubled US needs support from Europe.
(Reuters) - The United States raised pressure on euro zone leaders to take decisive action to solve the region's debt crisis, notably by lowering troubled members' borrowing costs, on the eve of a crucial European Central Bank meeting.
U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner said the euro zone must take steps including "bringing down interest rates in the countries that are reforming and making sure those banking systems can provide the credit those economies need".
He made the comments in an interview with Bloomberg Television recorded in Los Angeles on Tuesday, a day after he flew specially to Germany to meet Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble and ECB President Mario Draghi. The interview was broadcast on Wednesday.

FRANKFURT—The European Central Bank is primed for a debate this week over whether to use its printing press to save the euro, with Germany's conservative central bank positioned to determine the course of Europe's escalating debt crisis.

Eurozone if it gets no further fiscal aid, German Transport Minister
Peter Ramsauer said in an interview with German ARD public television on
Wednesday.
Ramsauer said Germany should stop contributing to the aid for
Greece if the IMF ends its help for the indebted country. “Then Greece
will likely have no other choice” but to leave the Eurozone, the
minister asserted.
He warned, though, not to expect that all problems will be resolved
once Greece has left the Eurozone.
Ramsauer is a member of the Bavarian CSU, the sister party of
Chancellor Angela Merkel’s center-right CDU.
German Economics Minister Philipp Roesler told German ARD public
television last month that Greece will most likely not be able to meet
the goals agreed with its international lenders. “I want to say this
here very clearly: if Greece does not meet its obligations, there can be
no further payments to Greece,” he stressed.
In that case, Greece might come to the conclusion that it would be
better to leave the Eurozone, said Roesler, who is also vice chancellor
in Merkel’s government and head of the free market-orientated FDP, the
junior partner in the government coalition. “I think that for many
experts, for the FDP, and for me, a Greek exit from the Eurozone has
long since lost its horror,” he added.

Any CB delayed action carry a social risk too.
Reply
What Central bankers may not be able to calculate, is the social response to the present dire economic situation in the US and much of the Eurozone.
The risk is for serious social unrest(nice language) in the US and Europe at any unexpected time.
To correct a situation under such circumstances may not be easy.
Maybe they think, things will take care of themselves anyway, so let the cord extend more and more.
Or maybe call the police and army to fix things when/if happen hehe.

After meeting with Eurozone finance ministers yesterday, US treasury secretary Geithner said that Europe will not be fixed by one decisive act, officials need to get politics right for reform. Look out for PMI data from France, Germany, UK and Italy, European futures are looking flat in early trade.

Visualizing Today's Deja Vu Last Second 60,000 E-Mini Contract Wipe Out
Reply
From Nanex: eMini Wipe-out
On July 31, 2012, starting about 3 seconds before the close (15:59:57 EDT), our monitoring software alerted us to an unusually large trade of over 60,000 eMini (ES September 2012) contracts that were sold at once. At the same time, we also received an alert showing large and unusual trades in ETFs (note the last column is the value of the trade in millions of dollars):
(graphics)
And where things get really interesting, is that what happened a few short hours ago, is virtually a carbon copy replica of an almost identical event which took place on July 31... 2011
On July 29, 2011, also the last trading day of July, Nanex noticed a eerily similar event and published a paper on it. A chart of SPY on that day is shown below.
