BREAKING NEWS
Hillary is considered the heir-apparent for the democrat party. However, that was the case when she ran for the nomination against Obama in 2007-8. Baring that another spoiler enters the race, she would likely get the nomination. In fact, a number of people who are wanting to run are holding off until Hillary announces officially if she is running or not because they do not want to run against her. Don't expect an announcement until at least Jan 2015. When she ran for the 2008 election she announced in Jan 2007.

I don't believe that $yen is going through 115.50 unless EUR gets more serious with 120
So I can't buy $YEN above 114.65 .. more interested in waiting for some top to form for a move down to 113.50-60
Short Term I think there is a fair chance to see a test of 114.17-22 area .. because we have seen 2 days in a row the Nikkei sell off 200 points on the Open before bouncing back in the afternoon ... also Asia had plenty of chance to buy $YEN yesterday - so some profit taking could kick in as well.
Couple ways to play it just have to see Stock Close / Asian Open see how it plays out.

Is it realistic to expect Japan and Europe to devalue against both at once ? Kuroda is talking about reaching his 2% inflation in 2yr time horizon
Should they not be taking turns forcing their ccies into the toilet ?
Unless some condition, one that I have hard time to imagine what, is such that it forces them both (or all) to panic at once ?

Chris it reversed pretty quickly off the last daily low but you have to say it was 160 last night and we went straight down so its a big enough move and maybe some folk took profits ahead of the boe meet out of principle more than any thought of a rate hike which i would now say is off for the foreseeable future. the market will still need to price this in over the coming months.

not banking on it going up but one line of thinking is that kurodas actions have pressurised the ecb into doing more and so there is a partial expectation in the market which will be disappointed if they do nothing new. so there is that risk of being short into the meeting. theres no need to be short in advance as if they do pull a rabbit out you can always jump on board as it certainly wont be going back up given it would be a bit of a surprise after the recent measures not long ago.
euro and yen are both lt sells. and dont forget falling oil and eurjpy going up are importing deflation into europe. so a eurusd standing still at 125 does no real good.

lvls as yesterday. 12502 fib. while no hourly close abv, the pressure on downside continues. abv 10 then look to 30 again then 71 if taken. but dont chase as ecb may not announce anything new, but will talk down as usual. even if they do not, you'll have plenty of pips to chase then as market will scramble up for hours so no need to try to front run that kind of high beta but low prob event.
ism later, job index will be looked at. if strong, we'll have a complete set of strong job sub components.

0612 GMT [Dow Jones] USD/Asia rallies broadly after a dovish tone in a Wednesday speech by the Bank of Japan's governor gave USD/JPY a fresh boost. BOJ chief Haruhiko Kuroda reiterated that he will do whatever it takes to achieve the 2.0% inflation target, standing firmly behind the surprise decision to expand the central bank's asset purchase program last Friday. As USD/JPY hit a new seven-year high, USD/KRW and USD/MYR rallied to nine-month peaks, while USD/SGD rose to a level not seen since May 2012. The yen's sharp depreciation in recent days has been a trigger for proxy bets in other Asian currencies. Most sensitive to changes in the yen's value is the South Korea won due to Bank of Korea's preference for a favorable JPY/KRW exchange rate that improves export competitiveness. Singapore's central bank has the yen as a component of its trade-weighted currency exchange basket model--used to determine the fair value for the Singapore dollar.

EUR/USD - 1.2553.. Ahead of Thurday's ECB policy meeting, WSJ reported the ultra low inflation becoming entrenched in Europe is playing out in strikingly different ways across the euro zone's 18 economies, complicating attempts to combat it.
In crisis-hit countries such as Greece n Spain, the detrimental effects of falling prices, known as deflation, are showing up clearly in strained profits n lower wages as companies try to adjust. But in healthier economies such as Germany n Austria, where unemployment is low and incomes are up, the most obvious impact is a boost to consumers' purchasing power.
At 0.4% in annual terms, euro zone inflation is far below the ECB's target of close-to 2%. A survey of purchasing managers released this week showed manufacturers cutting prices for a 2nd-straight month. The European Commission on Tuesday forecast inflation in the euro zone will remain below-target until at least 2016.
The ECB meets Thursday n is expected by analysts to refrain from new stimulus, but to keep the door open to dramatic measures such as gov't bond purchases if needed. Officials have signaled that they prefer to wait for recent measures including interest-rate cuts, bank loans n private-debt purchases to take hold before weighing additional steps.
Data to be released on Wednesday:
New Zealand's HLFS unemployment rate, job growth and labour cost index, China's HSBC services PMI, Swiss CPI, German Markit services PMI, U.K. Markit services PMI, eurozone retail sales, U.S. ADP National employment, Markit services PMI, ISM non-manufacturing PMI and employment index.
