ou can see from the COT report why the markets reacted so strongly to the weak Canadian Jobs report on Friday. As for market reactions to data, it often has to do with how traders are positioned. You can see in the chart that they had just flipped long CAD (short USDCAD).

The news around is favouring a bearish eur/usd. However, I still foresee a swing high and some hesitations before the final crash. that crash may head far as 1.33xx. But, sometimes it is tricky, just watch till one is sure. The good thing is to have a system that shows all signals.
