Missile threat alert for Hawaii a false alarm - cnn, 4:49 PM ET, Sat January 13, 2018

Washington (CNN)An emergency alert notification sent out on Saturday claiming a "ballistic missile threat inbound to Hawaii" was a false alarm, according to state leaders and emergency officials.

"BALLISTIC MISSILE THREAT INBOUND TO HAWAII. SEEK IMMEDIATE SHELTER. THIS IS NOT A DRILL," the emergency alert read.

Hawaii Gov. David Ige told CNN that human error caused the alert to go out. "It was a mistake made during a standard procedure at the change over of a shift, and an employee pushed the wrong button," he said.

re "Forex trading is all about stops."

How would you rate each timeframe's market intensity of interest in stops ? Is there a timeframe in which market returning to or going after a certain pricepoint has nothing to do with "stops" anymore and must be attributed to some other factor(s) than going after or protecting stops?

Is protecting stops same as going after stops.

ECB Quantitative Easing Bombshell The ECB recently started to publish the Minutes of their policy meetings three weeks afterwards, and up until the latest week they have ben inconsequential. That changed on Thursday when it was reported that the central bank could consider shift in policy guidance from early 2018. The comments suggested that the ECB discussed moving further away from excessive monetary support for the economy more quickly that generally assumed.
