yes I saw that of few days ago. There-in lies the rub...no matter what points are made the "host" rebuts with clichd one-liner tripe.
In the US media that's the type of thing that is presented as informed discussion of the issues. You are a bigot, racist, white male supremacist, or the ultimate discussion ender - a NAZI.

Capital Flight, Debt Crisis and the USD
hahaha
American history since it's very short existence (relatively) is loaded with examples of state sponsored racism, state sponsored slavery, state orchestrated global bloodshed, and so on, and so on, and so on... New Amsterdam, New York, Old Evil United States, so many good humans paying taxes to keep that evil machine running.
if there is no bread, let them eat cakes... centuries further, and still the ruling narrative. SAD!

What me, worry?
This attack on Trump is not a good look. I have confidence that the man will be able to work his way through this but likely things will get stormy in the meantime. The Trump attack team looks more and more deplorable in my opinon. What on earth is the problem with these people? They live in a parallel universe obviously where the United States was led by pure, progressive souls like Obama and George W. and Bill Clinton.... until democracy was hijacked by a rogue.
I find this pious crap really hard to take. Not to mention the false representation of reality.
Meanwhile if you have a few minutes and need cheering up: watch this.

Government Shutdown
When I posted last week that it was Odds-on that the Gov wud shut down, the main reason for my thinking is that every effort by the Anti Trump forces, both Democrat and Republicans was failing.
MUH Russian, The 25th Amendment -Trump is insane(see the apoplectic response to the Physical Exam, which included a CNN employed doctor who has never examined Trump declaring that Trump has heart disease and that the White House doctor is wrong.
This week congruent with the Shut it Down vote was another potentially Big Setback --- The Memo.
The Opposition to Trump has nothing left at this point but to use the Shut Down to use against Trump. The Gov will remain Shut until after the State of the Union Address, Jan 30, if not longer.
The Democrats have Nothing to run on in 2018 except Hate Trump - Vote for us. They have presented no platform or agenda save Impeach Trump.
If the Memo is made public before or after that and proves to be as advertized then a whole lot of people are going to get blown out of the water. That remains to be seen. But that would move the Markets, no doubt.

Evaluate Your Trading

I created a self-trading evaluation questionnaire for myself that I think would be beneficial for everyone as it will get you thinking about your trading and area you should focus on toe refine it. I found the exercise useful and assume you will feel the same way.

Glenn Greenwald
...................................If they do not, Republicans will conclusively demonstrate something else. They will prove conclusively that all of this is about them shamelessly making claims they do not actually believe, fraudulently posturing as caring about one of the most vital, fundamental issues facing the United States: how the U.S. government uses the vast surveillance powers with which it has been vested.
