A bit stale by now so just for the record:

Italy has approved budget bill, sent plan to Brussels: PM Conte

ROME (Reuters) - Italy’s cabinet on Monday approved the country’s expansionary 2019 budget bill, Prime Minister Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte said.

Conte told reporters the budget “keeps our promises while keeping public accounts in order”, adding that the government had sent the budget framework to the European Commission in Brussels for its review.

The daily dose of Brexit - today's episode will feature PM May trying to square the circle again while both the Irish and the Scots wail like banshees in the background

The only event (not TALK) occurs on Weds when the OW&B EU leaders gather to determine if November "Summit" is necessary - another squishy deadline -- Macron may say 'non' if the HOPE of a deal is negligible // Long shot is the EU folds its stall and favors "NO MORE" - but very much out of character as Past Performance has the favorite as "CAN KICKING"

remember remember the 6th of November.
Consider that this Brexit "to and fro" is another decision that's waiting on the results of the US MidTerms.
If there is a BlueWave and the voters on Trump---voting in an AntiTrump Congress, that be evidence that the move toward "nationalism" is on shakey ground. Implications are for the stance of the EU in its attitude toward Brexit and Italy.
Is Missey May just playing the stall game until then? And if Trump's America First agenda gets voted down on Nove 6, can the EU see the way to become more agressive in its moves to crush nationalism.

US equity futures dipped in the red after President Trump threatened to impose a third round of tariffs on China and warned that Chinese meddling in U.S. politics was a "bigger problem" than Russian involvement in the 2016 election.

During the same interview with CBS’s “60 Minutes”, in which Trump threatened to impose sanctions against Saudi Arabia if the Saudis are found to have killed WaPo reported Khashoggi, and which sent Saudi stock plunging, Trump said he "might," impose a new round of tariffs on China, adding that while he has "great chemistry" with Chinese President Xi Jinping, and noting that Xi "wants to negotiate", he doesn’t "know that that’s necessarily going to continue." Asked if American products have become more expensive due to tariffs on China, Trump said that "so far, that hasn’t turned out to be the case."

"They can retaliate, but they can’t, they don’t have enough ammunition to retaliate," Trump says, "We do $100 billion with them. They do $531 billion with us."

The Global-View Forex Forum is the hub for currency trading on the web. Founded in 1996, it was the original forex forum and is still the place where forex traders around the globe come 24/7 looking for currency trading ideas, breaking forex news, fx trading rumors, fx flows and more. This is where you can find a full suite of forex trading tools, including a complete fx database, forex chart points, live currency rates, and live fx charts. In addition, there is a forex brokers directory where you can compare forex brokers. There is also a forex brokers hotline where you can ask for help choosing a forex broker that meets your individual fx trading needs. Interact on the same venue to discuss forex trading.
