Attention Swing Traders
First lets define what a Swing Trade is:
Swing Trading involves holding a position at least overnight and/or up to several weeks. One believes that one can capture a larger % move vs a day trade. Larger time frame charts IE it behoves looking not at a 5 minute chart but daily weekly monthly quarterly charts to establish whether the Swing Trade is for the here and now or slightly longer. IE are we trading a range, a breakout, a trend whether mature or just starting. etc
So having found a potential trade it then behoves one to consider risk. That involves several items because money management and risk management are two sides of a similar but different coin but both necessitate that all important item of position size.
Swing Trading by definition tends to be done with a smaller maximum position size than Day Trading. Swing trading can come in may guises where the initiation of a trade is then a sighting shot to gain market information before pyramiding the position to a full unit size. Whilst this is happening one may trade against the position to garner additional pips IE sell hi buy low strategy all the while reducing then re-increasing the position. The final exit can be more important than the initial entry in terms of finessing/maximizing P/L
Swing Trading is a subject that could have whole chapters written about but the one thing I know for sure is that every swing trade starts as a day trade. By that I mean if you initiate a trade and it is never off side that is the one trade one hangs on to for dear life not just to turn it into a swing trade but hopefully to keep to fruition of the game plan

Here is my answer.
We have a swing trading strategy to be used with the Amazing Trader that can be applied to any time frame (e.g. 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 4 hour, daily).
Our swing trading approach is based on Amazng Trading logic rather than hope you caught the turn.

Crude confusion...'splanin' it.
WTI US traded crude has turned Neg with a thrust down starting at 12PM ET. Today it is following the Clock(hint hint) (9am, 10am, 11am, Noon)
In the US those trading WTI (not Brent) will be trading the Sept contract. The Aug contract went off the boards Fri on the close at 70.31. So at first glance this morning when Crude went up to 69.30...it looked to be Down...but it was UP... thus my comment to John.
Current WTI US crude 67.70 DN 58cents

apparently because there r fewer and fewer homes available for purchase, there�s little path upward for sales.
