This process of using AI and other instruments of control, exists all over the world, and much because of Soros organizations promoting destructive migrations into developed countries.
What is just in blaming specifically China, which has an enormous population which needed to be monitored against destructive and destabilizing elements.
One of the solutions against Soros destructive "open society" is building walls fences, or other barriers.
Wonder why he didn't mention the "wall" of Trump at that speech.

The U.S. Senate has blocked legislation that incorporates President Trump’s proposal to fully open the government and includes his demand for $5.7 billion to help build a border wall.
it failed by a margin of 50-47, far short of the 60 votes needed to defeat a filibuster.
GOP Senators Mike Lee (Utah) and Tom Cotton (Arkansas) surprisingly voted against Trump's plan. Lee is considered a fiscal hawk, while Cotton is considered one of the Senate's most conservative members when it comes to immigraiton.
The Senate is voting next on a Democratic measure, already passed by the House, that would reopen the closed agencies until Feb. 8 to allow time for negotiations on a border security plan.

The talk coming into the year was for a higher EURUSD. I saw one bank forecast unchnaned yesterday at 1,23, While the year is still young and EURUSD is within a 1.12/1.13 - 1.15/1.16 range, those positioned early on for a higher EURUSD is currently sucking wind.
With that said, it has been unwinding of EURGBP that has pressured EURUSD more than the USD.
