Slinking back sub 1.3250 (daily close) would likely suggest the puppy is huff-n-puffed and would put 1.31 on radar.

Keep in mind that the chart only shows red lines and no blue lines. So on the daily chart at least, AT is telling you that "real money" buying is happening at those red lines, and there is no "real money" selling yet (no blue lines).
So...do you sell? Sure, if you feel lucky. Do you buy? I wouldn't buy into an upward price spike, but it's your money. Waiting seems to be the prudent course of action.

All AT does is tell you what the market is doing right now. It does not predict future price action for you, nor does it tell you what to do. For that, you must rely on your own judgement and experience.
What you know is that price took off from just below 15912.70. It may continue to shoot off into the stratosphere, it may level off for a while and then continue to rise, or it may start to go down.
What should you do? You might consider selling if you think price will go down, or you might consider holding and thus saving your account funds. But one thing you probably SHOULD NOT do is buy immediately (unless you feel like chasing upward spikes). Wait until price comes back down a bit, preferably around 15912.70 or even below it.
So...buy immediately? No. Sell immediately? Not necessarily. Wait for price to come back down a bit? Yeah, that looks good.

Personal Observations:
Mild Risk-ON trading early Wednesday with the lead EURUSD pair in a relatively narrow range again.
The latest Coronavirus continues to dominate sentiment as increased restrictions in major economies are seen likely to dampen economic activity. Positive developments on the vaccine front are seen unlikely to hit major economies until after this latest wave of infections has run its course. Comments from central bank heads recently have been gloomy.
Further monetary stimulus appears to be in the pipelines. The U.S. is stuck in a regime change just when a new fiscal stimulus might have been helpful. Bond yields accordingly have started to ease again.
EURUSD looks to be trying to breach the 1.1900 line but its been a struggle.
The key EURGBP pair is waiting for a possible Brexit agreement as early as next week. U.S. equities appear to be looking across the Coronavirus abyss to a time (next year) when vaccines start to get this illness under control and life starts to return to normality.
Key indicator currency pairs see USDCAD lower and the AUDUSD higher. No major data are due for the rest of the week.
