A Philadelphia lawyer who had represented the Trump campaign was placed under official protection after receiving “threats of harm,” according to court papers that were filed Nov. 18.
The attorney, Linda Kerns, was “the subject of threats of harm, to the point at which the involvement of police and US Marshals has been necessary to provide for her safety,” the filing stated.
Judge Matthew Brann allowed Kerns to be “withdrawn as counsel” for the Trump campaign, according to a court filing.
Earlier this week, Kerns sought sanctions against a lawyer working for a law firm representing Democratic Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar after Kerns received harassment and a threatening phone call over the weekend in connection to her representation of President Donald Trump’s campaign.

The European session has seen a modest decline to the downside took the price from and intraday high near 1.1851 to a low of 1.18157. That low in the London morning session was just above the Monday low price of 1.18135. Buyers against the week's low has led to a modest rise. The price has traded above and below the 200 hour moving average at the 1.1831 level over the last few hours.
The tilt is a little more in the favor of the downside and that the 100 hour moving average at put a lid on the price. However, the buyers can also argue that the holding of the week's lows and move back above the 200 hour moving average is good news for them.
So both buyers and sellers have some skin in the game and can claim a victory from a technical perspective with risk defined. The topside risk for sellers would be at the 100 hour moving average at 1.18512. Stay below is more bearish. On the downside the dip buyers would not want to see new lows for the week below 1.18157.

Their initial refusal to vote placed the Board in a 2-2 deadlock, putting in jeopardy the state's ability to certify Joe Biden's win. Hours later, the two flip-flopped and agreed to certify. Now, they're taking it back.
"I rescind my prior vote to certify Wayne County elections," wrote Monica Palmer in a sworn affidavit, who along with fellow GOP board member William C. Hartmann refused to certify the election on Tuesday. The two fell under intense pressure from the left - with Palmer claiming that her family was threatened (via Just The News). The two were also doxxed over social media.
"The comments made accusations of racism and threatened me and members of my family," continues Palmer's affidavit, addimg: "The Wayne County election had serious process flaws which deserve investigation. I continue to ask for information to assure Wayne County voters that these elections were conducted fairly and accurately. Despite repeated requests I have not received the requisite information and believe an additional 10 days of canvas by the State Board of canvassers will help provide the information necessary."

Personal Observations
Markets remain in a mild risk Off posture heading into Thursday trading in the U.S.
The major focus remains on Brexit negotiations ahead of the December 31 HARD deadline for an agreement. There has been chatter all week that there will be an agreement announced early next week. An accord is in the self-interest of all parties concerned. However, there are certain item Brexiteers simply will not accept. PM Johnson could still walk. Negotiators are running out of time to put a finished deal in place before yearend.
EURUSD has been a disappointment for those trying to position for a weaker USD in the new year. There are times when positioning can get ahead of events on the ground. EURGBP is soft.
Equities are recovering as news on the Covid vaccine continues to be almost too good to be true. The latest global outbreak continues to be grim.
Our USD sentiment indicators, the CAD and Aussie are weak.
