a good topic to ponder is how to tell if a puppy is merely corrective OR if it indeed has turned.
A puppy of interest for me is the DLR, something I ve been highlighting for a while now.
reasons:
- is cruising down for a fair bit of time now
- is being subjected to both monetary as well as fiscal nega-influences
with the FED promising to be around to arrogantly meddle unchallenged, fundamentally, I am tilting to think the pupp should have further to run.
Technically, my trading guide is the yellow priceline on the chart w/ conciderations for:
- rebounds from it are they corrective or has the pupp turned
- at what price point breaking below can it be considered "sustained" and so promising a run lower.

Andy Ngo, The Post Millennial's Editor-at-large, has launched a lawsuit against Rose City Antifa and individuals involved in assaulting him last year. His complaint is assault, battery, and the intentional infliction of emotional distress. The suit was filed in the circuit court of Oregon County of County of Multnomah.
Antifa brutally assaulted Ngo in the spring of 2019; they have also doxed him, attempted to break into his family's home, and spread rumours about him on social media.
Ngo was violently attacked in 2019 by a mob of members, which resulted in him having a torn earlobe and brain bleed.

yes kevin, stops abv that have been run. mkt badly positioned for usd weakness hence the outperformance. euro wont go down tho, just will lag while us10 yield moving higher. key on de10 is -0.15 a break there really moves euro and focuses on zero yield. that would be a big deal for euro although not much help for eurozone economy.

It doesn't worry me either way. Though I think he's the better candidate. We'll see in November. 4 months to change the odds. You have to say 2020 has been so weird who knows where we go with this. But in the absence of another major event... I'm good with that idea.

for myself the most "difficult" phase was to realise which kind of stop is liveable for my mindset.
I approach stops/limits more as temporary pause level for being exposed to risk/reward (=open trade is running risk/reward no matter the time frame)

It is easier said than done as the tendency of many is to take profits too soon and let losses run in the hope the market moves back your way. This is why you need to take the emotion out of trading.

I'm JAFO due to an extended outage, so I have no open positions. However, given EUR/USD price patterns in recent memory, I'm not about to let that stop me from making a comment or two now that I'm back at my desk.
EUR/USD basically runs in one direction or the other until exhaustion. You must be wary of calls saying things like "support", "resistance", or price targets, or whatever, because they imply that there are huge masses of buyers or sellers at various price points. While that is "technically" (punny) true, the price action gives the impression that positions are squeezed until they can be squeezed no more. Stops are tripped until there are no more stops. Remember that a lot of trading is done by algos these days, and that is their primary purpose.
What does that mean for the trader? "Cut the losers fast, and let the winners run." This is especially true right now for those who are buying. You may find that price runs a LOT farther than the 1490 targets that are being quoted around here. If you are an AT user, you can use Jay's ladder strategy to determine when to step off the ladder, because the probable stops appear on the screen.
To a trader, there is nothing more maddening than cutting or reversing a profitable position and then find yourself taking losses. With proper technique, it doesn't have to be this way.

"Washington (AFP) - Even as the world's largest economy begins to reopen, the scale of the job losses in May will be devastating, and economists fear it will take many months to recover.
More than 21 million jobs disappeared in March and April as the unemployment rate surged to nearly 15 percent, but the damage continued in May and the government data to be released Friday is expected to show another 8.5 million positions eliminated."
