Previous week high is also previous month high. if taken out then bottom for the year should be in place and year-end rally will start. at least 2000 points higher before year end is on nasdaq100 possible after FED gives acceptance today.
dollar losses peanuts compared to the money and easiness on indexes if dovish today.
