Maybe Helicopter BEN and Heli Yellen should go back to the original idea and just drop $100 bills over the area where the economy is not performing so well. Drop $ 100 bills over Detroit and people will move back to the city , keep dropping $100 bills and more people will move to the city ,ultimately more people will be living in Detroit and the dropping area will become more popular than Wallstreet.
