Yield levels
USD vs. EUR differentials have gained in the period shown ~(120bp to 140bp) as German economy slows and U.S. continues to advance at a steady pace.
On the other hand, USD vs. GBP yields have flipped to positive on a spate of weaker than expected UK data ~( -15bp to +5bp)
GBP vs EUR ~(+140 to +140). Relative growth rate of the UK economy remains stronger than Germany.
IMPLICATIONS FOR CURRENCIES
USD should be supported
GBP should get SOME support
EUR should remain weaker

Sunday. As expected some of the results have already been leaked.
In Far East trade,
equities ended mixed.
European bourses closed broadly weaker. U.S.
shares are trading higher.
U.S. 10-yr yields are lower. 10-yr
yields in bunds close down, while gilts ended steady. Peripheral bond
yields closed mostly higher.
