Two points - STOX don't generally tank end of the quarter despite some Sept evidence BUT the next month can be stressful - for companies the "strong" dollar argument lost its panache when production moved overseas; it became an accounting function and is more of a US tax play than a real impact on company financials (this detail is lost on most politicians and pointy heads who argue for TAX REFORM -- a truly efficient tax code would put a lot of folks on unemployment - true for most regulation)
