The " irredeemables" may soon become the UNTOUCHABLES (with Clint Eastwood replacing Kevin Kostner)

Clinton's fawing press are starting to turn.
Sunday on NBC’s “Meet The Press,” while discussing Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s Friday night, comments describing half of Republican nominee Donald Trump’s supporters as “deplorables” driven by “racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic” beliefs, New York Times columnist David Brooks said the remark showed a “dark” and “Nixonian” world view.
Brooks said, “First, you know, it was terrible week for politics, we had to race to the bottom before but this is like Usain Bolt speed, these two. I was struck by another sentence in that quote about the deplorables, that they are irredeemable. There is a reason no religion believes that. Because if you believe people are irredeemable you are saying they say they lack redeemable souls and in a lesser category of human beings and that’s a dark, dark world view. That’s the risk with Clinton, she can be hard-working and very effective and very efficient but there is a dark world view that is semi-Nixonian lurking in there.”

If she loses...to borrow a phrase from those with Parlimentary forms of governance...the loss will bring down the government.
That's the really scary part. They will not just shrug and say---awe you won---and walk away.
Good Lord I want to be totally wrong about that.

one more step up the chain. It's the President who tells the AG what to do. The AG/Justice Dept is part of the Executive Branch, and as such the Executive is in charge.
I'm just pointing here to Flies In the Ointment, that may or may not reach MSM, or really go anywhere at all. But it's out there and keeping to my thesis that this Unusual Election....the first non politician since Wendel Wilkie VS Mrs. Been here for 30 years...can really roil the markets in the next 60 days.
IMHO stop looking at the CBs...they have been spewing the same line for 8 years and Traders are Tired of it.
the curse to your money is of course: May You Live In Interesting Times

It's the AG that can tell FBI what to do - if the FBI don't like they can quit
Comey is a disgrace but the AG makes the call

I had rec to JP that he bookmark Breibart as an alternative to the MSM during the runup to Nov 8. To see stuff that the MSM will never touch.
Here's one that just appeared. How far will it go? That is the question.
WASHINGTON, D.C. — A review of FBI Director James Comey’s professional history and relationships shows that the Obama cabinet leader — now under fire for his handling of the investigation of Hillary Clinton — is deeply entrenched in the big-money cronyism culture of Washington, D.C. His personal and professional relationships — all undisclosed as he announced the Bureau would not prosecute Clinton — reinforce bipartisan concerns that he may have politicized the criminal probe.
These concerns focus on millions of dollars that Comey accepted from a Clinton Foundation defense contractor, Comey’s former membership on a Clinton Foundation corporate partner’s board, and his surprising financial relationship with his brother Peter Comey, who works at the law firm that does the Clinton Foundation’s taxes.
When President Obama nominated Comey to become FBI director in 2013, Comey promised the United States Senate that he would recuse himself on all cases involving former employers.
Donald J. Trump’s campaign slogan, “Make America Great Again,” is racist. What seemed like an inclusive, inspiring call to national renewal really is a cry for Caucasian power. How do we know this? Bill Clinton said so.
“If you’re a white Southerner, you know exactly what it means, don’t you?” Clinton told voters in Orlando, Fla., on Wednesday. “What it means is, ‘I’ll give you the economy you had 50 years ago, and I’ll move you back up on the social totem pole, and other people down.”
“I believe that, together, we can make America great again,” Bill Clinton said in Little Rock, Ark., in 1991.
Bill Clinton addressed voters in 1992. He promised “to secure a better future for your children and your grandchildren and to make America great again.”
Clinton also looked straight into a camera that year and said, “I want to attack these problems and make America great again.”
“It’s time for another comeback,” Bill Clinton said in a radio ad for his wife’s 2008 U.S. Senate campaign. “Time to make America great again.”
Hillary will pay for this.
The debate should be a waterhshed event
It is possible that the drop in the markets on Friday is clever money sensing Hillary's decline.

on Friday night during an LGBT fundraiser for her campaign in New York hosted by Barbara Streisand, Hillary unleashed an unprecedented ad hominem attack....
"you know, just to be grossly generalist, you could put half of Trump’s supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables."
“Right?” she said as the crowd laughed and applauded. “The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic -- you name it,” Clinton continued. “And unfortunately there are people like that. And he has lifted them up. He has given voice to their websites that used to only have 11,000 people -- now have 11 million. He tweets and retweets their offensive, hateful, mean-spirited rhetoric.”
Clinton said the other half are people struggling who have found hope in Trump's message.
"That other basket of people are people who feel that the government has let them down, the economy has let them down, nobody cares about them, nobody worries about what happens to their lives and their futures, and they’re just desperate for a change," she said. "They don’t buy everything he says, but he seems to hold out some hope that their lives will be different. They won’t wake up and see their jobs disappear, lose a kid to heroin, feel like they’re in a dead end.
