And now EURGBP retreats back towards a magnetic .90, EURUSD backs off after holding our 1.1164 resistance and GBPUSD up after pausing above 1.2350. It is as simple as that.

As suggested, watch EURGBP .90 as a guide along with EURUSD 1.1150. Both worked out as indicators.

Amazing Trader lines working perfectly in EURUSD with bounce hitting first resistance at 1.1164.

USDJPY up as well so watch 103.50 as its sentiment indicator.

Those ECB workers who pay no tax and have such benefits that they earn more net than gross? How are ECB workers representative of the whole of Germany and its behaviours? Lufthansa probably employs more people in FFM than the ECB does....

Trading Themes--
  • Monday sees holidays in Japan and Canada, plus a bank holiday in the U.S. should see restrained activity. The Presidential debate Sunday evening was a nasty affair. No major data are due.

  • September U.S. Jobs data on Friday were soft, but not a disaster. Payrolls increased +156K, below expectations for a gain of 175K. A rebound in Average Hourly Earnings only got it back to where it has been forever. The unemployment was 5.00%, well above June's 4.70%.

  • This is a cautious Fed. They could still could plow ahead with a rate December, but first will need strong November data.

  • A "flash crash" hit the GBP late Thursday. Some blame "Brexit", other say it was an option related trade. However, the root problem is a growing a lack of liquidity in markets where regulatory activity has curtailed institutional participation.
