PAR 15:31 - When I was at U (1976/9) I was tot that only small folk (like me for ex) have to worry about deficits, to gov'ts who have printing monopoly and immunity deficits are (allegedly) a socially do-gooding tool.
Bottom Line:
small folk should not be trying to change social momentum
