ECB’s policymaker and head of the French CB Villeroy said severe deflation in the eurozone could prompt central banks to deploy more radical steps such as printing money and giving it directly to companies to fight the coronacrisis.
At the moment supermarket prices are showing serious inflation instead of the deflation this bureaucrat is talking about.

Lagarde should stay out of politics and not use ECB's money and time to run publicity in European newspapers.
She thinks she is an elected European finance minister.
She is not, she is an appointed bureaucrat paid with taxpayers money.
The ECB has already become a mega bureaucracy doing way too much by manipulating all markets.
