they want to borrow close to 100 yards nxt wk...of course they are going to bid their own $hit to ensure auction gets off at lowest yield poss. they often used european based entities to do their dirty work. early this wk folks were clearing their books for nxt wks load now the fed steps in to ensure borrowing rates will not go up.

fyi the boe slinks in early am tomorrow at 0600gmt. not much is expected but they could point to further easing to ensure nobody left on planet thinking rates can go up. other than that no more is f/c
