Although there are many who will disagree, in the US each of us are responsible for our own well-being. The idea that one has to take care of everybody else is how we got into this mess.
The president is in office to guarantee our freedom. The rest is up to us.

Negligent homicide has a specific meaning in the law books. The standards of proof and categories of offense vary from state to state. But the essence is: Someone died because someone else did not exercise reasonable care.

OMG another about US politics. Esp in these times of Cancel that website. We prefer to have currency related political discussion confined to the Pound, Euro, and BREXIT.
