First Slowly. Then All At Once.
“While very early in a process that has no guarantee it will continue, market sentiment is moving from ‘there is no alternative to stocks’ to ‘stocks look like the less-attractive alternative,'” - Scott Knapp chief market strategist at CUNA Mutual Group

with the us stocks like aapl i tend to avoid trying to move in and out too often as many times you get left behind without stock. so i use the 100dma and 200dma to add/buy and try to lighten up on extreme moves away from them.

Powell says inflation is still 'soft' and the Fed is committed to current policy
as he calls economic recovery 'far from complete'

aapl smallest of gsps just under 123 and a half to fill. it will open around there so will cover short on open. bigger gaps down by 110 which would make a great entry for a new high. but will it give u the chance to buy

if they dont pull a rabbit out today then ndx heading to 12500 in next 48 hours. if they manage to easy tension then you can see ndx to 13300 today and again higher tomorrow. personally think it would do no harm to see another down day or two as it would set the next few months up nicely, but there is simply a lot of $$$ chasing dips so u dont always get optimal entries sadly.

Fed - A desire to pushback on early lift-off/hike expectations
Their comments may look to instill calm after recent moves in yields and an accompanying shift in rate expectations.
We already have had elements of Chair Powell's likely focus 1) a strong labour market is still very far away; 2) achieving and sustaining maximum employment will require more than supportive monetary policy; 3) the real unemployment rate is close to 10%; and 4) inflation pressures remain subdued with Fed lift-off outcome based. Brainard and Clarida will provide added support and potentially additional insight with the intention of signalling the Fed is not itching to remove accommodative policy.
US treasury to auction $ 60 billion of 2-year notes today.
Many more billions of paper every day this week.
So Powell will do all he can to push yields lower.
This is no longer a free market economy but a Soviet-style plan economy where the FED and the Treasury allocate capital as they wish.
