I think Euro may strengthen to 1.7 in coming 4 years. Europe need a strong euro to face the underlying mega commodity bull run. US need a weak dollar to inflate the debt away.
Heavyweight commodity players accumulated massive amount of crude oil at -40 to 30 range, having average cost below zero.

There are two possibility for EUR/USD in the longer term view...
1. Reversal from here and EUR/USD back above 1.15 which will give me the idea that the long term trend has changed indeed and we can have up continuation above 1.23
2. EUR/USD breaks back under 1.1120 and, in this case, it's resuming its downtrend, and this time we can expect even a drop under 1.07.
It's not too late to sell USD against all major currency pairs.
