This a liquidating market today and why you are seeing stops above the day high as shorts get stopped by the order flow. A characteristic of a liquidating market is a new high followed by backing and filling once the order is done.

Dil// UBS clients don't trade on more than 2 leverage because they trade in billions. Additionally one thing to note is that a .05 cent swing against their position does not cause them any worries because they are diversified folks, they will simply channel more money into that position and add more to it so that when the euro trend resumes it's original downward direction, the profits of their higher level purchases are probably worth many more times than their original position purchased at a lower price.
It's like when you go shopping and the PA system announces a 1 to 3 special where you buy 1 and get 3 free. Shoppers naturally will buy 3 with their own money to go back home with 3+9 = 1 dozen pieces.

few orders filled and two didn't, average is above 1.31 and I really hope to find the patience to hold the position. UBS clients will get their chance to bail out at least at cost :-)
