this trade is a great one and doing good but in most cases the broken ress. level at 1.5270 will be tested again but also may be it already tested quickly above this level when it pull back to 1.5277

heard plenty of stops above 13020 which should be enough to get the ball rolling. but its going to take a positive announcement from the troika on cyprus. and think 13070/1.31 is as far as it will go.
re cyprus, eu for once has held its ground and even demanded an increase in the levy from 5.8 to 6.7bn. cyprus government have proven have little interest in the average cypriot by proposing to nationalise pension funds, more interested in keeping up their cosy arrangement with the russians.
think the fact euro has stayed firm (thus far) during this crisis will bode well for future negotiations with italy/spain.

kb, this was the plan before italy. We have been planning to take advantage of sterling weakness realise some EE assets and have been looking at the 90 level for some time as a proxy for other EE crosses. I would say pre italy this would have come possibly this month. Now, the markets perception of Italy comes into play (as in reality not much has changed in Italian politics). I dont expect it to change the trend it could all the same. The sterling factor is of course still very much in play to the downside until we get a couple of good prints, but I would say these may only come summer onwards at the very earliest given the economic situation in the UK.

it is highly possible that usdjpy and jpy will be pairs of the year where i see that usdjpy may target 92.44(short term ) and 101.22(long term)as long as 83.58 holds this for sure will effect on eur and gbp price where (145/151) and 120-122 for eurjpy and higher
what i am waiting for is the low of current consolidation to start build new longs
