Robinson :
Add the Parallel lines based on your Support line , as I did it.
Draw that resistance line you see on my chart and place it at today’s Top – if it holds, we’ll have a pretty clear picture – if not, repeat the process on the next Top Stop ( when it happens )
Now look how that Resistance line fits in past performance – so that Angle is a Correct one !
Same goes for the Support
Yes exactly – I can take a trendline drawn in past in my charting station and move it where I want – to present .
It keeps the same angle . If you don’t have that capability, just make a parallel one and move it with the mouse to where you want it.
This is not just a theory, but proven concept over decades.
Remember when EUR was born – we have used “synthetic “ charts based on USDDEM – well, angles didn’t change …same channels are working today as well.
Good David – you are watching for highs and lows , and I guess this is “Supply/Demand” style.
And it is all fine as long as it works for you, really.
But when you go with a position taking based on unknown factors ( you can’t really know where are the orders placed – that is what you actually see as Demand/Supply zones – that is only in hands of Higher powers like Central Banks and several Monster banks ) , sooner or later you gonna get hit, and hit hard.
Here we will go over different techniques and styles, and ultimately build trading systems that will make your job easier.
There are many tricks and tips that we are going to reveal, and test in real time conditions.
Nice Robinson – I’ll start from tomorrow with Trend Lines
All will be posted in Trading Academy Discussion Board, so you and David can slowly go over it , and post your impressions and questions there…also , your homework will always be to try copying my work on your own charts, with your own hands.
As for : I wonder if price will react over there, I’m looking to short EURUSD at 1.09181
Pay attention to that Downtrend line – it comes at about 1.08950 – next bus stop is at 1.11
This is what I see – and what I think – it really doesn’t matter – it is not our job to have an opinion, but to act as we see it ( in my opinion they’ll break Up this time…)
This is why we gonna start with drawing Trendlines.
Don’t post anything in Tags btw – it just screws up the page – whatever you want to ask or say, just post in the Box where you posted chart – first write and then add chart below …
One info for everyone : if you want to write a longer text, like I just did, use Word or any writing pad, write in it – copy/paste here ( or page refresh can make you sweat…)
Great David !
I like what I see on your chart – simple and clean, one MA – I think it won’t be a problem for me to teach you . We’ll do some trend line drawings, combinations of MA’s, establishing entry/exit points and so on…I’ll prepare some material for tomorrow and you’ll find it in Trading Academy Discussion Board – don’t write there…it is just for me 😀 All the questions direct here…no matter how small or simple it might be, always ask!
